For several days of my trip I’ll be completely inaccessible. Other times, I’ll be checking mail and messages and smiling quietly to myself as I put the phone away and look at the mountains and feel a sense of deep peace.

The picture above shows Sonora Resort, north of Vancouver, accessible only by helicopter or seaplane. It appears to be magical. I am a very lucky boy. I’ll show you some pictures when we get back.
In the meantime, no worries – I sent notes to Microsoft, Google and Apple asking them to ease off and have all your devices work perfectly while I’m gone. I haven’t heard back yet but I’m sure they’ll say that’s fine.

Hi I sure could use help if I m not too late. I downloaded books to my old not used for years Kindle. Oops now it has to be plugged in to a running computer every single time it needs to be woken. Useless for travel
I bought a new Kindle. I want to copy or move titles to it from my old device.
BUT I can’t even register it without wifi. Amazon keeps telling me my wifi password is incorrect. I know it’s not. I think there is another way but I’m lost. Please can you help?
