For a change, it looks like prices are going to drop a bit on flat panel monitors, with some good deals in place for your holiday shopping. Dell is the first to announce lower prices – a 17” flat panel for $599 (or $550 with a Dimension computer purchase), and a 15” flat panel for $399 (or $280 with a computer). Other vendors are expected to follow suit in the next couple of months.
